Nothing saves you more time and money than recruiting the correct person first time around. As a manager or business owner, you require certain skills to match the right person to the right job. The Recruitment course will provide you with the knowledge to find the right candidate for the job. In this course, you will learn about the selection procedures, resources and methods needed for recruitment and selection, as well as the recruitment and selection plan.
The course looks at how to deal with applicant responses and the initial screening process, the implementation of corrective action and the applicant database. This course also deals with reviewing decisions and performance of delegated tasks.
