What is Workplace Relations about?
In today’s working environment, it is only individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who rise to the top in their personal effectiveness and organisational growth. This is because interpersonal skills enable employees to interact successfully within the dynamic and challenging workplace environment. The aim of this course, is to delve deeper into the importance of interpersonal relationships skills and qualities at the workplace, networking opportunities and why networking is essential for success.
The course also talks about the characteristics of a good team, how to give constructive feedback and advice to team members on how to communicate changes to other team members.
