Decision making is a key skill in any organisation, and is especially important if you want to be an effective leader. Whether you are deciding which person to recruit, which supplier to use, or which strategy to follow, the ability to make a good decision is fundamental. This Decision-making course explains the process of defining a problem, as well as exploring techniques for problem analysis. It looks at the significance of critical thinking in decision-making as well as providing some guidelines for critical thinking.
